Landscaping Service In Chesterfield, Mo: Rainwater Solution

Check out this landscaping project we recently finished at a Chesterfield, MO client’s home!

Mr. Morris had a problem with the rainwater funneling through his lawn and beds and washing out all of the mulch.

Dowco’s horticulturist, Matt Hagemann, designed a plan that would wrap the corners of the beds with stone edging and incorporate cobblers to create a 9 foot wide passage for rainwater to flow efficiently through the bed.

The end result is a beautiful area with useable flagstone steppers for the homeowners and their guests to use to access the backyard without getting their feet wet! Matt even planned to have enough remaining edging to accent a bed in the lower backyard to continue the same look and feel.
